New Blog: New Journey

So how many of you believe in the Bible?

Now.. how many of you that answered YES... completely understand and have studied the Bible?

Because although I have read it.. I know that I haven't even begun to understand all of the Bible. 

My Dad always talks about this thought he had about how when you get to Heaven God is going to go through all of the time that you spent on this earth..

He is going to go through all of the years, days, minutes, and seconds that you were on the earth.

Of these.. how many books did you read, how many things did you accomplish, how many of your actions were actually worth while?

& with all of that time that he gave you..

Did you find time to read the Bible?

He has given us revelation, he has blessed us with this life and for the most part people don't find time for Him.

I am taking a New Testament class this semester and one of my options for my weekly assignments is to blog about what I learn.

So although I know that when I stumble across religious blogs I normally exit out of them pretty quickly,

(so I know most people won't continue reading this)

I am doing this one so that I personally can grow and gain a testimony of the Bible.

I am starting in Acts and am going to go through Revelations and will blog twice weekly for at least the next couple months.

The topics will just be ones that I choose.. and I will try to provide insight and background so that everyone  (including myself) can learn things they didn't know before..

& in a couple of months hopefully my, and everyone who follows, life will be enriched and strengthened.
